Miki McCarthy is your Rio South Texas REALTOR® focused on residential & commercial sales brokered by Texas Premier Realty. At the start of 2020, Miki formed the Texas Trinity Team becoming Designated Supervisor for an outstanding group of real estate agents. Licensed since December 2013, Miki is committed to exceptional service. Miki has established an expansive portfolio of real estate listings & maintains a successful track record of closed transactions.

In 2019, Miki successfully completed all requirements and education hours to earn her the designation of Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI). She also earned her certification as a Military Relocation Professional (MRP) NAR's e-Pro® certification as well as a Pricing Strategy Advisory (PSA).

McCarthy is known for her economic & community development experience as the Executive Director for the San Juan and Alamo Economic Development Corporations in addition to serving as Board President for the Pharr EDC. She has a background in business having co-owned OsCorp Construction & Development, Inc. and Java Jo Café among others.

McCarthy currently serves on the Unified Development Code committee for City of Edinburg. She recently completed her appointed terms on Edinburg's Planning & Zoning Commission. She also served five years as Vice Chair for the Tobacco Prevention & Control Coalition serving Hidalgo County.

She is a member of the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR), the Texas Association of REALTORS® (TAR), and the Greater McAllen Association of REALTORS® (GMAR). In 2018 & 2019, she served on the Budget, Public Relations, Bylaws & Membership Committees for the GMAR.

McCarthy holds a Bachelor & Master of Arts in Speech Communication from University of Texas – Pan American. She is mother to five boys & mamma to 2 dogs & two cats.
